Unfortunately, my knackered old La Sportiva Nepal Extreme boots gave me horrendous blisters on my heels. This resulted in about a week off for my heels to recover and a rather expensive shopping trip for some new boots. Bought the Scarpa Freney XT’s along with some custom footbeds. So comfy!
